This month we have our Rwandan Cyangugu ‘A’ on special. This little bean doesn’t get much attention in the shadow of it’s more well-known neighbours, but Rwanda produces some premium coffee. This one, from the far-Western area around Cyangugu, exhibits soft floral characteristics and a very smooth mouthfeel.
